Where do I return my jacket, I live in USA/Canada?

What is the right jacket size for me?
Most Muubaa jackets are designed to be fitted. For these jackets, if you are likely to be wearing layers underneath, then we suggest you go up a size. We are happy to provide specific garment measurement on request. For additional sizing details please see our Size Guide.
How do I protect my jacket from rain?
If you have a hand finished Muubaa garment then you are best to completely avoid the rain or always carry an umbrella as rain drops may mark the finish irreversibly.
If you have a non-hand finished garment then it will withstand very light showers. You should allow the jacket to dry naturally hanging away from any heat source and do not wipe with a cloth. We still suggest you avoid the rain.
We do not recommend any protective sprays as these may alter the finish of the leather.
How long does it take to deliver my jacket?
UK - Takes 2 to 5 working days. Usually 2-3.
WESTERN EUROPE - Takes up to 7 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD (exlcuding Russia) - Takes up to 14 working days.
RUSSIA Business Addresses Only - Takes up to 14 working days.

Orders before 1pm (GMT) arrive next working day.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No we can't I'm afraid as all deliveries must be signed for.
Can you deliver to my work?
Yes we can. This is often the best option if you work, as someone must sign for the delivery.
Do I pay for the shipping costs?
We deliver anywhere in the world for FREE, but in certain countries you may have to pay import duties, such as China, Brazil, Australia.
What courier service do you use?
For UK and most of Europe we use DPD. For same day delivrey we use E-Couriers & Mission Despatch.
For the rest of the worlds we use UBX. In some countries they pass the delivery to other couriers for the last part of the delivery. This is still trackable through UBX.
For Russia, due to import restrictions imposed by the Russian government, we have to use Royal Mail International Airmail. It is still trackable but can take up to 30 days to arrive.

Do DPD drivers leave pick up notes?
DPD drives do leave pick up notes, except for parcels delivered in Germany.
My UBX or DPD tracking number doesn’t work?
Most often this is because your order is still on its way to UBX dispatch office from the Muubaa warehouse; we suggest you try to track it after 6pm. If your tracking number does not work after 6pm, contact customerservices@muubaa.com and we will investigate it for you.
Do I have to pay for returns postage?
If you are returning items to us from the UK postage is free. If you are returning from outside UK then you have to pay the postage costs.
My jacket arrived faulty what do I do?
Please send it back to us. If it can be repaired then we will do so free of charge, or we'll replace it with a new one. If the garment is out of stock we will refund you. See full returns policy here.
My Muubaa garment has become damaged. Can you repair it?
If you send us back your Muubaa garment we will be happy to repair it free of charge, if possible. You will have to pay the postage to get the jacket to us and we'll consider refunds of this amount on an individual case basis.
When does the sale start/end?
My favourite jacket is not listed on Muubaa.com anymore, where can I find it?
We sell a number of older lines on our Amazon store, so you can search there.
Jacket not in stock - Can I go on the waiting list?
If we know there is a delivery coming in, then we will take your contact details and let you know. Most of the time though items are not in stock because they are sold out.

We are stocked in a large selection of international boutiques and stores. Check our interactive stockists map, but bear in mind that we will deliver to anywhere in the world for FREE and we hold the complete Muubaa range right here on our website.
How do I get rid of perfume odour on my Muubaa?
We suggest you put your jacket in a cardboard box, fill it with wrinkled newspapers, close it and leave it for 2-3 days, the paper should absorb the odour. If you live in a dry climate, hang it outside for 24 hours. These methods are not guaranteed.
